Abyron developed airline digital solution that supports handling automation, allowing users to quickly submit service requests, automatically calculate preliminary costs via a payment system, and make online payments. It was also enhanced with CRM integration to streamline operations and ensure customer service optimization.

CHALLENGE

The client is a service provider in the travel and transportation industry. Their main challenge was the manual baggage handling process, which caused delays, higher operational costs, and inconsistent customer experience. They required a digital solution that would enable handling automation, integrate seamlessly with their CRM, and improve overall customer service optimization.

SOLUTION

Our team developed a web application for ordering services for accompanying travelers' luggage. With the app, users can:

  • easily fill out the order form, significantly speeding up the service process and saving time for both customers and operators;
  • automatically calculate preliminary costs through a prospective payment system.
