Abyron developed airline digital solution that supports handling automation, allowing users to quickly submit service requests, automatically calculate preliminary costs via a payment system, and make online payments. It was also enhanced with CRM integration to streamline operations and ensure customer service optimization.
The client is a service provider in the travel and transportation industry. Their main challenge was the manual baggage handling process, which caused delays, higher operational costs, and inconsistent customer experience. They required a digital solution that would enable handling automation, integrate seamlessly with their CRM, and improve overall customer service optimization.
Our team developed a web application for ordering services for accompanying travelers' luggage. With the app, users can:
- easily fill out the order form, significantly speeding up the service process and saving time for both customers and operators;
- automatically calculate preliminary costs through a prospective payment system.
To increase efficiency and improve service quality, we successfully integrated the web application with the client’s CRM system and delivered a modern airline digital solution focused on handling automation and customer service optimization.
This system allowed the client to:
- automate the process of baggage check-in and delivery by air and sea transportation,
- optimize and reduce baggage handling time,
- improve the quality of customer service.
