We developed a custom CRM solution for a trade company, automating their back-office operations and enabling full control over inventory, documents, and client interactions through a secure and scalable system.
Our customer is a growing trade company specializing in the distribution of consumer goods across multiple regions. To support this growth, we implemented a CRM for distribution companies, ensuring streamlined client management, optimized workflows, and real-time visibility across operations.
As the company scaled, they encountered limitations with their legacy tools, which were fragmented and heavily reliant on manual input. The lack of a centralized system led to inefficiencies in client management, retail inventory management system processes, and documentation workflows. Internal operations were slowed down by paper-based workflows and inconsistent data handling, which impacted productivity and transparency.
Our specialists created a specialized CRM system with the following functionality:
- multi-level user access
- accounting for the receipt of goods
- accounting of shipments of goods
- electronic document management
- developed an electronic invoice
The platform was built using Vue.js, JavaScript, Sass, and Firebase, with Webpack code splitting implemented to ensure fast load times and optimized performance in production environments.
