We developed a web platform in an iframe format, allowing financial micro-organizations to easily integrate a loyalty program module into their mobile and web applications. The module provided users with convenient access to bonus programs and offered businesses flexible tools for retaining customers and increasing loyalty.
The client needed an adaptive and user-friendly loyalty program interface that could be quickly embedded into various applications without complex integration. The main challenge was the limitations of the iframe format and the need to design interaction scenarios for different user categories to maximize engagement and the effectiveness of the loyalty program.
We conducted an analysis of the target audience and their needs, developed a customer journey map (CJM) to optimize the user flow, and designed a responsive iframe module. The work accounted for integration constraints, different user scenarios, and close collaboration with developers and analysts, ensuring the module was functional, user-friendly, and easily scalable.
The developed module enabled the client to quickly deploy the loyalty program across mobile and web applications, improved usability for end-users, and increased customer engagement. The business gained an effective tool for customer retention and loyalty growth, while the solution remained easily scalable for future enhancements.
