We built an advanced internal communication solution designed to enhance how employees organize, prepare for, and conduct calls inside the company. The system seamlessly integrates with corporate tools and leverages powerful LLM technologies to assist teams in real time, improving productivity and communication efficiency across the organization.
The company needed a centralized and intelligent platform that could connect its internal communication tools with the corporate calendar. Existing processes for scheduling and preparing calls were fragmented, time-consuming, and lacked automation.
To address this, the project required:
- A modern web interface that synchronizes with the internal calendar system,
- A scalable backend capable of supporting AI-powered communication features,
- Smooth integration with multiple internal platforms,
- Improved performance and reliability across the communication workflow.
During development, we proposed several system improvements — including flexible architecture through the strategy pattern and a redesigned database schema for more advanced AI history management. Some ideas were accepted initially, while others were postponed due to a shift in product vision.
Key project achievements include:
- A streamlined web interface for managing upcoming calls directly through the corporate calendar,
- Advanced backend integrations enabling seamless data exchange between internal systems,
- A secure, complex authorization flow ensuring safe access for all users,
- Innovative asynchronous architecture using Celery and Taskiq to support non-standard workflows and high-load operations,
- LLM-powered capabilities that help employees prepare for conversations, manage message history, and enhance communication quality.
